I have close to 10 years of instructional design and eLearning experience and 6 years of WordPress web design and development experience. I am self-directed, and have the ability to adapt to challenges, act quickly, think clearly, and make critical decisions under pressure.

02. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

- Manage and update content on the Learning Management System (LMS) to support staff development.


- Perform needs analysis in aid of instructional design initiatives to support employee performance success.


- Create course content using eLearning authoring tools such as Rise360, Storyline360, EdApp, Captivate, Camtasia, or HowToo, together with graphic design or storyboarding tools like Photoshop, PremierPro, and Figma.
